Friends of Ferals Barn Cat Program: Natural Rodent Control, Humane Solution

Our Barn Cat Program places feral and semi-feral cats in barns, warehouses, or large properties as a natural method for rodent control. In return, these cats get a safe, outdoor home where their unique skills are put to good use.

How It Works

  • Assessment: We match cats with suitable properties.
  • Placement: Cats are relocated to your property.
  • Acclimation: Cats spend a few weeks in an enclosure to adjust.
Care: You provide daily food, water, and basic medical attention.

Benefits

  • Eco-Friendly: No need for harmful pesticides.
    Low-Maintenance: Cats require minimal care.
  • Cost-Effective: Save on pest control expenses.
Humane: Provides homes for hard-to-adopt cats.
  • Each adoption includes spay/neuter, ear tip, and rabies vaccination.
