Low-Cost TNR Clinic – August 27, 2025

Friends of Ferals in partnership with Veterinary Urgent Care of Beaumont is hosting a low-cost Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) clinic to help reduce overpopulation and improve the lives of community cats in Southeast Texas!
When & Where
Date: Wednesday, August 27, 2025
Drop Off: 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Please allow extra time at drop off for additional paperwork.
Trappers will be required to fill out specific intake information on each cat and complete a pre-surgery authorization and waiver form when arriving at the clinic. Please plan for this additional time when dropping off.
Pickup: 3 – 4 PM (same day only)

Rates
$80 for Males and Females
Includes:- Spay or neuter surgery
- Rabies vaccine
- FVRCP vaccine
- Left ear tip (mandatory for all TNR cats)
Important Info & Requirements
All cats must arrive in a SECURE and COVERED live trap or transfer cage.
Please use zip ties, pipe cleaners, or similar to reinforce the trap.
No carriers, kennels, or homemade crates permitted.
⚠️ Cats not in traps/transfer cages will be TURNED AWAY.
No overnight stays.
Cats must be picked up the same day between 3-4 PM. Any cats left after 4 PM will be surrendered to Beaumont Animal Care.
Ear tipping on the left ear is mandatory for all cats to indicate they are sterilized. Exceptions only if a prior injury or medical issue prevents it.
No extra charges for pregnant cats, pyometra, or in-heat females.
However, pregnant cats will be spayed (aborting the litter) unless the veterinarian determines it is unsafe.
Extra charges may apply for flea/parasite treatment, steroids, antibiotics, or other medical needs. A price list is available at the clinic.
(SNAP testing is not recommended for TNR cats.)
NO Special Requests unless medically warranted/necessary. (IE, smaller ear tips, ear notches instead of tips, etc).
Limit 5 cats per person.
We have space for 60 cats total. Sign-ups are first come, first serve, with a standby list in case of cancellations.
